Clinical Therapist

Alisha Lauchie is a skilled clinician whose expertise allows her to come alongside clients as they work toward achieving their goals and finding joy and hope in everyday life. Alisha is particularly passionate about working with adolescent and adult women navigating changes in life seasons, or those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, or challenges with self-esteem and self-worth. She completed her undergraduate coursework at Central Michigan University and obtained her graduate clinical degree from Grand Valley State University; she has had many years of experience providing therapeutic services in the home, school, and outpatient settings.

Both Alisha’s personal and professional experiences inform her therapeutic practices and interventions. In addition to her clinical work, Alisha is passionate about systems change and has served on community coalitions and as a non-profit director to work towards equitable outcomes for marginalized communities.  She enjoys taking a holistic approach to best understand the emotional, spiritual, and physical experiences of the clients she works with. She enjoys incorporating creative modes of expression such as journaling, movement, mindfulness, and art into her therapeutic repertoire as she helps her clients achieve their goals in working toward health and wellness.
